The Neon edition of the Pulsar 150 was first launched in November 2018. With the new safety norms in implementation, Bajaj has added the ABS safety net on the Pulsar 150.

The Pulsar 150 competes against the Honda CB Unicorn 150, Hero Achiever 150, Yamaha SZ-RR and the likes. 

Apart from the addition of ABS, the motorcycle gets no other changes externally or mechanically. The Pulsar 150 Neon continues to be driven by a 149cc, 2-valve, twin-spark, air-cooled, DTS-i engine that makes 14 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 13.4 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM.

The suspension duties are taken care of by telescopic forks on the front and gas canister twin shocks at the rear. The braking department gets a 240 mm disc brake on the front and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear.
